With the Easter public holiday period fast approaching, please be advised our distribution network will alter during this period due to the volumes of freight, public holidays resulting in business closures.

EMERGENCY COVERAGE
In the event of an emergency we will continue to provide 24/7 coverage during times of closure and outside business hours. Please call the appropriate office number to ensure you are put through to the Coastal Midwest Transport staff member that will be on call, we ask that you please do not call any mobile numbers over this period as staff may be on leave.

ADMINISTRATION CLOSURES – PERTH AND KALGOORLIE
Both our Administration Offices will close as of 1pm on Thursday the 1st April 2021. We will reopen and resume normal trading hours as of Tuesday 6th April 2021.

YARD CLOSURES – PERTH AND KALGOORLIE
Due to the high volumes of freight, to be able to facilitate the services as set out in our Mine Site Service Schedule our Yards will close early on Thursday 1st April 2021 and will reopen as per normal on Tuesday 6h April 2021
KALGOORLIE YARD CLOSURE TIME: 12:00 pm
PERTH YARD CLOSURE TIME: 12:00 pm

SERVICES DEPARTING FROM PERTH TO KALGOORLIE
Last Service for delivery into Kalgoorlie will depart Wednesday the 31st March 2021, normal service resumes Tuesday night the 6th April 2021

Please take note of these times when scheduling freight to arrive on to Site to ensure they arrive in Kalgoorlie before the last scheduled departure as per the Site Schedule below .

SERVICES DEPARTING FROM KALGOORLIE TO PERTH
Last Service for delivery into Perth will depart Wednesday the 31st March 2021, there will be no services until we resume or next service departing Tuesday 6th April 2021.

Please take note of these times when scheduling freight to arrive on to Site to ensure they arrive in Perth before the last schedule departure as per the Site Schedule below.

Mine Site Service Schedule for Easter Period

We will be closed on Friday the 2nd April until Monday 5th April; we will re-open on Tuesday 6th April. Please find a copy of our 2021 Easter Mine Site Run Schedule below.

Please be aware our BOTH YARDS  gates close for receiving freight at 12pm ON THURSDAY APRIL 1.
